Examine of the qualification of real estate development subject;
Assist developers to obtain the development right of the real estate;
Draft and revise relevant the legal documents in the stage of real estate project application and construction planning, assist developers to obtain project proposal approval, construction land and construction project planning permit;
On behalf of the developers, revise the transfer contract of state-owned land use rights, obtain the land use certificate;
In the process of raising construction the funds for development and/or financing from overseas institutions, participate in planning of the project of financing schemes, prepare the relevant legal documents, and participate in negotiations and provide the legal advise on behalf of developers.
Provide the legal services for individual property loans;
Act as the legal adviser to the developers.
